a player Kuldra at [1:251:10] sent 4 fleets taking most of my resources leaving me helpless. can someone help me get rid of him?

You've got to start fleet-saving. Leaving resources lying around just makes you a target.

as long as you fleet save he wont attack you.we have had problems with him before,however if you play right and talk to him respectfully he will play nice.he is very cool actually.and will give you some nice pointers if you just talk to him.
